You do also have the option of USPS Parcel Post for a select few items. All orders will be shipped on the same business day if you make payment before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time. USPS Express Mail (Overnight) has to be in the mail by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time to have a chance to reach its destination the next day. We WILL resolve the situation. Refund Policy We do accept returns/exchanges. You have 14 days from when you receive the item to return/exchange it. Please do not return items that have been used, stained, smell, etc. We do thoroughly inspect the item upon arrival and if we notice that the item has been used we will not refund your money/exchange the item. We do also charge a 15% restocking fee of the sale price. Due to the seasonal nature of our items we do not accept returns after October 31st for any item that was purchased before Halloween. After you fill the form out completely please wait for our response before you send the item back. We will usually respond within 1-3 business days. We will look over the form you completed and will decide if we will approve the return/exchange. We will contact you once we make a decision. If we do approve the return/exchange you can send the item back via any shipping service you choose. Once we receive the item we will inspect it for any signs of use. This may take up to 10 days. If the item makes it through inspection we will refund your money minus shipping and the 15% restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item the item will be inspected immediately and when it makes it through inspection we will send you your new item.
