Last Unicorn – 4 legged costume
I made this myself and it is one of the most challenging costumes i have ever made. this costume makes the little girl in me squee with joy! the design of the unicorn is based off both the film The Last Unicorn and the description in the Last Unicorn novel, and the anchient unicorn tapestries en.wikipedia.org the idea of a unicorn being a horse with a horn is a very modern thing, i preferr old world unicorns like this costume which have a more deer like look and often have a lion’s tail and mane. my commission information is here www.beastcub.com i know it looks kind of retarded when it runs but remember a human is inside that! i wanted to use the song from the last unicorn and it was so epic but youtubes new copyright crap caused the video to be taken down so instead you get fruu fruu fantasy music instead of the epic song

Pipers headed the march playing Scotland the Brave. Many people carried or wore Scottish saltire flags, some carried yellow flags with lion rampants. There were groups of pro-independence activists from several other countries coming out in solidarity with the Scots and to draw attention to their cause. Lots of different flags were flown including Basque flags, Catalonian flags, Venetian flags and Flemish flags, with the Venetian group chanting San Marco. There were lots of different groups with different political opinions and different reasons for wanting independence eg those who want to withdraw from NATO and save the resources for something constructive such as building up the new nation after independence, those who want to end persecution or discrimination at the hands of their respective colonising governments, those who want to utilise their natural resources such as oil in Scotland to fund services instead of having to suffer austerity measures and cuts as a result of their money being siphoned off to the capitals of their colonisers to bail out bankers and corporations and let off their tax-dodging billionaire personal benefactors with corporate tax avoidance and evasion. Some people got into the cultural spirit and dressed up in traditional costume. Many people wore …
